in Delhivery, i self-blocked 9-1230 on all days, for "work". once in a while people would try to break through that, but in general, gave me enough of an opportunity to get work done without meetings.
of course, my OCD with "unbolding" meant I'd keep getting distracted then with email and chat
Ha ha...ocd with unbolding. Thankfully I don't have that but yeah, I used to something similar which was block the 8 - 10.30 am slot. could never get to 12.30 - the moment people started coming in and in the case of product roles, standups etc start, the day is shot into reactive, fragmented, meeting-filled mess.
